Metamorphosis Help

Hi, i created an ability with metamorphosis and i want the transition to be instant. However when i cast the ability, my hero sort of pauses and i cant control him for about 7 seconds, after which the hero then metamorphs. The movement speed of my hero also increases when the morph is over, initial - 305 morph - 522 after returning to initial - 396. The metamorph is correct though. And i did adjust the alternate unit's movement speed to 522. Why does it become 396 instead of 305.

Here is the data field i modified.

morphing flags - uninterruptable, immediate take off, immediate landing
landing delay - 0.

Can anyone help me on this?

Duration - Normal set to zero.

The timed duration is in fact the 'Duration - Hero'. Set that to your desired time, 7 seconds perhaps.
