Neutral Passive/Extra/Victim Problems

Ok... So I have a map that uses Neutral Passive/Extra/Victim as my creep sources to attack and what not as some maps do... My problem is I have spellcasters in my map and I want them to actually... cast spells... Makes sense right? Well considering they are neutral passive etc. they don't have the tendency to actually perform the actions of casting spells and what not... How can I get Netural Passive/Extra/Victim to behave like Neutral Hostile and actually cast the spells they are given?

Well I know I could do that yeah but... It seems rather impractical to do that... If it's the only way I could yes I could but... is there any sort of gameplay constant or something of that nature that could perhaps help me in this endeavor?

no, due to the simple fact that they are neutral Passive...
you could do a simple trigger like
event
a unit comes within 200 range of "Neutral Passive Unit"
condition
action
change the alliance of Neutral Passive Unit to Neutral Hostile Unit

and hopefully that'll make them use their spells...

Mmm I think I am just going to make a dummy cast whenever they attack... Probably make things the easiest... Won't be hard to trigger... Thanks for the help though :) + rep haha.
