The avatar is nice, but the white part of the border seems out of place. Maybe just make a 1-px black line to border it. Might look nicer? Maybe you should have a render in the middle of the light, but that's just me. The text could use some tuning up. I don't like the outer glow that much. I love the light effect. It looks really cool. Overall,

I don't like it really. The main beam is pixelated and it's overall a bad quality for the 'crispness' of the light. I can hardly read the text and it's kind of boring in my opinion. The avatar looks a bit better though.
