One Target Stun

Is there an ability that is like storm bolt form WC3? What it does is stunning one single target.

Try to look into the data editor and create your own (I can't remember any single target stun). For refference, look at tosh. He's got an area stun.

For starters, the stun is probably an effect (thought i'm not 100% sure). If you want to have a single target stun you should get an ability of the type "target". The effect you add should do the same as the effect Tosh's area stun applies to every unit in the target area.

I also think 250mm cannons stun the target. You could look it up, remove the channeling flags and stuff like that and remove the damage(optional)
