Patch Problems

Ok well I haven't been on W3 TFT in a while so I thought I'd hope on!
Theres been a patch ok no problem... or maybe there is...

Whats this mean?
Do I have to Reinstall the ENTIRE game?

Try finding a blizard site that carries it and try a manual install.
