Permanent Immolation DMG

Hi, i made a permanent immolation spell, i made a buff for the "caster" looks and one for the enemy burned looks.

i made 20 lvls and lvl 1 has 10dmg, and lvl 20 has 200dmg. but ingame when i have lvl 20, it only does 10dmg, whats wrong help me!
