Preloading units

I've seen a few people on here talk about something like preloading units, which makes it so the first time you spawn a unit it doesn't lag the map. Can someone tell me how to do this?

hmmm at map initializer create one type of that unit and then remove it from game?...

Doesn't it also work if you place the unit in the world editor then remove it at map initialization?

I don't know but i don't think so, because the unit start the preload phase when he/she enter in map, then every copy of that unit don't need to preload each time he/she enter in map

Place the unit in the world editor. Remove the unit 0.1 seconds into the game.
