problems with the downloaded WC3 TFT

I've downloaded WC3TFT from the site with my cd-key because my original CD was broken, but when I run the program, it says : Play the game, but I haven't even installed it yet, and when I click play or Uninstall, the only thing that happens is that the animation (arthas becomes undead) starts playing over again, but nothing else

I've tried uninstalling my regular WC3, trying again, and also reinstalling it afterward, but still, it doesn't work
