Project Idea: One of the Seven

Well, my title of this Story is One of the Seven; Which I plan to have many parts.

This story takes place in a Fantasy world around the late 19th century. When a so called 'Cursed Ones', creatures that are cursed by demons. Their looks vary from person to person. But usually have human bodies but have horns, tails, feet, claws, etc. from other animals. Named Travis, wishes to be human, so that he can come across the girl hes been waiting to meet for all his life. So he makes a deal with a demon.

The deal is that he gets to be human for 7 days, and if he makes any problems he must resolved them within those 7 days. If he doesn't fix the problems the demon gets to have his soul, but if he fixes everything or doesn't cause any problems he gets to be a human.

BTW the reason why theirs there 7 because I like the 7 deadly sins but I may not incorporate them all into the story

I was aiming for a Modern day Fairy Tale type thing... Except without the Once Upon a Time

There are so many things wrong with that excerpt....

Anyway, sounds interesting. Not necessarily something I would read as I have a dislike for fantasy novels, but it looks like a good base. It kind of reminds me of a mermaid fairy tale I was told when I was little....
