Random Integer - Not so Random!

I noticed that the "Random Interger between 'x' and 'y'" Seems to not give very random results.

In a map I made a while ago, the map would give every player a random hero at the start of the game, and everytime they died. But while testing, it seems every player got the same hero each time the map started.

It gets worse! I also had a trigger that places the heroes in so called Random postions on the map - and they were always the same!

I do understand that a truely 'Random' mechinic is almost imposible to create on a computer. But there must be a better way?

The only time where random isn't, is when using "test map", and you have a check in "use fixed random seed" (file / preferences / test map).
On BNet, or without that check, it's as random as it gets.
