Crawfish Cornbread

This Crawfish Cornbread recipe is simple to make and delicious!

Ingredients:
  • 1 box Jiffy (DO NOT MAKE according to directions on box!)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick of butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 cup chopped white or yellow onion
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 2 handfuls grated cheese of choice
  • 1 lb crawfish tails
  • 9 x 13 pan for baking
Directions:
  • Mix all ingredients
  • Pour into a greased 9x13 pan
  • Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes
