Crawfish Cornbread
This Crawfish Cornbread recipe is simple to make and delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 box Jiffy (DO NOT MAKE according to directions on box!)
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup chopped white or yellow onion
- 1 can rotel tomatoes, drained
- 2 handfuls grated cheese of choice
- 1 lb crawfish tails
- 9 x 13 pan for baking
- Mix all ingredients
- Pour into a greased 9x13 pan
- Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes
