It would probably be people with negative rep. Everyone should at least give 1 - but if negative reputation people are not giving rep then there is nothing I can do about it because once again - that is the way the forum software works.

Thus I don't negative rep anyone, -15 is a tough blow to some poor chap who get 1-5 at a time.

conan said that Ryoko in Techi Muyo is a Space Pirate and was a serious bad guy at first.

he also said that SD_Ryoko likes getting bad rep instead of good... i think.

I'm just remembering what conan said a while back, i have no idea if it is true or not but it looked pretty true looking at later posts after that.

EDIT: i notice that Cmeyer24 has a green bar but it says he has 0 reputation, why is this?

His name comes from Tenchi Muyo's Ryoko, who's a space pirate in the show and a serious badass.

Well, he said he changed his reputations ince he was a pirate in Trade Wars 2002, and pirates in Trade Wars have really bad reputations. He also sais it's also becuase of what I explained above.

He told me this a few months ago, don't ask me why I still remember it though.

OK here is the deal - 0 Rep people give 1 point of rep. Negative rep people give 0 rep. I have verified this to be the case.

Admins however, are exempt - we give a set amount of rep regardless of whether we have positive or negative rep.
