Set gold bounty dice to a variable?

Is there a way to set a units bounty dice to a trigger variable so that you can change it depending on a hero's level?

You can not trigger the actual bounty, because that is hard coded :0 but you can turn of the unit's bounty and use triggers to add gold and make gold floating text.

Trigger:
  • Actions
    • Set GoldGain = (((Level of (Dying unit)) x 10) - ((Random integer number between 1 and (Level of (Dying unit))) x 2))
    • Player - Add GoldGain to (Owner of (Killing unit)) Current gold


here is system that i use. although you can reduce gold amount

good idea

but i have had trouble with the floating text feature though.
I cant seem to make it destroy at the right time

Floating text - Create...
Floating text - Set permanence for (Last created floating text): Disabled
Floating text - Set lifespan for (Last created floating text) to 1.00 seconds

The above will allow you to destroy the text on specified time.
