eh, i searched, but i cant find info about this
what does
SetUnitPropWindow do?
alternatively its called

Animation - Change (Triggering unit) prop window angle to (real)

in GUI

I guess it sets a unit's propulsion window, which is, according to http://world-editor-tutorials.thehelper.net/uniteditor.php:

Art - Propulsion Window (degrees) (Real)
Maximum angle that a unit/hero can launch a projectile before it needs to physically turn itself towards a target.

It seems it's just an other NYI function (Not Yet (and never) Implanted), as some constants as well.
