hi, i was trying to make a spell that work the same as the dota item "shiva guard" but instead of a item, i wan to make it into a passive spell.

Example:
Shiva Blast , have 10% chance per level to activate when been attacked.

any1 know how?

What does the item do? Not everyone plays dota.

Sorry I work only in GUI but you can convert it if you work in JASS:

Event: A unit is attacked

Condition: Attacked unit equal to (Your unit)
Random number from 0 to 100 higher or equal to (100-(10X(level of (Your ability))))

Action: (Your actions)

How dota's "Shiva's Guard" works.

The dota shiva is like an a aoe blast in all direction, when hit by it, it will slow u down and damage u to.

somethings like diablo 2 the mage ice nova...

Dota shiva:
-Emits a freezing wave around the caster
-Enemies hit by the wave take 200 magic damage and have their movement -speed slowed by 40% for 4 seconds
-The wave extends at a speed of 300 to a max size of 744
-Costs 100 mana and has a 30 second cooldown
