How can i make it target allied and friend units?
I changes the targets allowed (no efect)

It's not possible, just trigger it. It's just like impale, cannot target air.

well, however you can use the ability call life drain. That spell provides hp and mana drain ability, you can closed the hp drain ability and use the mana drain ability.

You have to change some values in gameplay constants. ie. "gameplay - drain transfers mana" and "gameplay - drain transfers life" you need to set both of them to true.
