Weird Stranger Catches Toddler Falling From 4th-Floor Balcony

A 2-year-old girl fell from a fourth-floor hotel balcony in the tourist district of Orlando on Wednesday night, but she was caught by a hotel guest and was not injured, according to Orange County deputies.

Orange County Sheriff's spokeswoman Denise Rollins said "it was a miracle" the child wasn't injured in the fall, which happened about 9:15 p.m. at the Econo Lodge on International Drive in Orlando.

The toddler was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

A guest from England staying on the first floor spotted the toddler and caught her as she fell, deputies said.

No criminal charges were pending as of Thursday morning.

If you read the article i assume they are talking about the people who were watching the kid. I'm not familiar with the law in Florida but this probably sparked the social services for child negligence.
