I've never known that TH.net had such deep and mysterious roots, and that the people who were behind it all had such crazy pasts.
I'm honoured to be a part of this community :p
Interesting read, want more!

Little known facts:
thehelper.net is like the first site I check when I wake up.
My Firefox has it preselected for me instantly the moment I hit the down arrow key.
A little part of me died when the site went down for a couple days/weeks a few years ago. [I thought it was down for good!]

back in my day, i was the last person to voted into MVP, then it was taken down XD idk if it is back up or not.... but eh XD A GHOST FROM THE PAST HAS APPEARED.

this was my first forum. :) i come back here every so often, just to see how things are :).

found found memories.

don't want to admit it but i was young when i first joined the helper XD, only 13! now im 19 XD
man...... the discussions, i remember back when i joined i still didn't have great english, i mean i speak it fine!!! but im from panama and was logging on from panama, so many typos, peeved a lot of admins XD.

i Remember blogging about highschool here XD

I remember my first WC3 maps XD

i remember my youth!

Well you said you were the last MVP before they cancelled the first rendition of it. So the fact you are posting on the 1st MVP story thread it is kind of the full circle of the MVP program. The first one and the last one. Glad to see you still stop by King TonGoll - it is good to see you again!

Yes, even the Atari Forums also had a similar split in 2008 ~ 2009 era.

I used to hang out on the atari forums. I used to troll Thunderbird about Battlesphere back in the day. We host the NUON-Dome which is K3V's site.

    It would but I can also just make sure I can return them. The system I have works, it's pretty straightforward and I tested it with a camera I have. All it really is is a little cartridge that holds the transparency film and a white light source behind it that projects the image into the lens

    I'll have to fuck with the light a bit and try some different lighting methods to get color accuracy, but I have IT8 targets for that
