Transfer Video Tapes to DVD

I know this isnt directly related to computers, but I figured you guys would know how to accomplish this. My parents have this old Sony Digital8 Camera model# DCR-TRV730 and they want to transfer the video from the 8mm tapes to DVD. What do I need so that I can directly transfer the video to a DVD?

From the looks of the camcorder the only way to output video is through a S-Video cable or through a headphone-like jack that splits into the composite cables for video and sound.

I was thinking that I might need some sort of tv tuner that connects to my computer, but i'm not exactly sure.
