Sounds Very simple to create a clan but as a Open Tech Support Voulnteer
I found that many people don't know how to make a clan... So I thought of making a tutorial so here it is
YES THERES ARE PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE CLANS!
Note: I DIDN'T COPY THIS FROM BLIZZARDS SITE
Note: I couldn't get nine people so to create the clan so just ignore that part
Introduction
Battle.net provides support for players of Warcraft III to form their own clans. Clans are groups of 10 to 100 players who wish to affiliate together under the leadership of a Chieftain. Battle.net provides clans with their own private channels and profiles, as well as a ladder to rate the overall play of the clan. Every clan also has a unique clan abbreviation that is displayed after the names of the members.
Pros and Cons of a creating a Clan
Pro: You control what the clan topic
Pro: You can pick Shamans and invite members
Pro: Get to make your rules for the clan
Pro: You are the Cheiftain
Con: You must be online at least so your account doesn't expire (See Pros and Con Notes)
Con: Any complaints about the clan go to you
Con: You have to create the clan (and can be harder depending on what your clans topic)

Clan Basics
Battle.net provides clans with many features such as their own private channels and profiles, as well as a ladder to rate the overall play of the clan.
Clan Channels
Any Channel with the Word Clan (clan abbreviation) Will be restricted unless someone inside the channel. But sometimes the clan leaders desided to make the Clan Private which makes it so that only a clan member can enter
Clan Profiles
Clan Profiles will show up on any members profile that is in the clan
It will show the clans ranking and score sheet and how good it is doing
Also
A Clan List will be next to the person icon
Also there Rank in the Clan
Clan Ranks
Ranks in a clan can tell you who can invite or who are the leaders in the clan
and who are not
Cheiftain
A Cheiftain is a Leader of the Clan
He gets many special abilities in the Clan such as
Shaman
Shamans are the next rank and are the 2nd highest rank in the Clan
The max in a Clan is 5 shamans and They get Some Abilites such as
Grunt
The Grunts are the most people in clan they can take up the rest of the 94 people in the clan. Grunts have no special abilites in the clan but all of their non-custom games count towards the clan's rating on the Clan Ladder.
Peons
Peons are the new members of the clan. New members must be a peon for 7 days before becoming a grunt and can't leave the clan unless you have been demoted by a Shaman or Cheiftain to a peon then you have all free will to leave
New Clan Idea Board
Before you Create a Clan you must deside what your clan does...
Once Done you can go to the next Step
Creating the Clan
Now you can finally create your clan
Step 1
Find Atleast 9 other peopel that are willing to join your clan
Step 2
Go to a Private Channel and wait for them too come
Step 3
Read the Rules Over

Click Create Clan
Step 5
Fill out the Info
Step 6
Invite your members
Now you have a Clan!
Congrats if Everyone accepts you now have your own Clan

Because if your account becomes expired your clan will automaticly be Disban
or Once so the Clan will no longer exist all Clan members will be kicked.

- Promote or demote members between Peon and Grunt status.
- Modify the clan profile information and message of the day
- Set the clan channel to be open or closed to users outside the clan.
- Designate a new Clan Chieftain
- Disband the clan
- Promote a Grunt to a Shaman, or demote a Shaman to a Grunt
Shaman
Shamans are the next rank and are the 2nd highest rank in the Clan

New Clan Idea Board
Before you Create a Clan you must deside what your clan does...
- It is Melee or Custom or just for fun?
- Will it have Requirments?
- Do you have to apply?
- Do you think you can take the responability for a clan?
- Will you have the Time?
Once Done you can go to the next Step

Now you can finally create your clan
