Tutorial Site Changes

The tutorial site has recieved another makeover. The news has been moved upward on the page, and easier to find. Some of the fonts and text have been adjusted too.

I have removed the 'TheHelper Completed Projects' due to lack of contribution. If demand for the section increases, I will add an additional section.

User Tutorials
The user submitted tutorials have been placed in their own catagory, at the top. We welcome all users who would like to participate. Please read about tutorial submissions on the front page.

Uh, I don't mean to be a bother, but shouldn't the News and Updates "drop down"? It kind of stretches the page to an unnecessary size. Perhaps you should show only the latest three pieces of news and apply a link to "All News".

The most apealing would be on a seperate page so you can see it all.

However, I think we want it all on the front page for content purposes and search engine scores.

It was a bit much; I changed the limit to five articles for now.
