Um... Spells thread unlocked?

Um you can post threads in the approved spell forum, same goes with pretty much all the other forums... um why?

Well...even if you post in there. A mod will see it an move it.

Are you sure? Being unable to post doesn't mean you can't click on that New Thread button.
You won't get an error until you actually try to press Submit New Thread.
Anyway, I checked the permission and it all seems fine, but thanks for reporting.
