Vendor Help

How could i make a vendor only sell to certain units/players. the vendor sells abilities, so i dont want other units/players buying them, as they are unique to each player

ever played the normal frozen throne? each race has its own merchant building which sells only to the owners and their allies.

all these shops have an ability called "shared shop" or something like this. if you remove it the shop should most probably only sell to its owner.
