how did they made that hero can walk on the top of buildings?

you mean like the circle of power? you have to set the pathing map of that building to a walkable one.

I think its a cliff set to "2", and then some models on the sides.

what exactly are you talking about, do you mean "units" as buildings or just the models?

i've played tis game, a ninja can blink on the building and walking on it. i dont know what is the creator using..

maybe some destructible, you can set an option in the editor: "is walkable" to true. this will make units walk on top of it.
