Idiotic question! sorry

Hi, I dont know where else to post this, but I have a (idiotic) question. How do I change my profile on TheHelper? Zomg I feel stupid

Erm I think theres a button called User CP (User Control Panel)

Its next to FAQ & is on the line where theres the button that you can log out.

Scroll up to the top where the welcome message and links are, look to the left and you'll see 'User CP', use that to edit your profile.

<--- Alternatively, go to the bottom of the links on the side where it will say 'User Preferences' that will take you to the same place.
