Where to edit Researches and Upgrades cost?

I know where to control how much buildings and units cost, but I can't find where to control the cost of the researches and upgrades. In the Data Editor, all I see is the Upgrades with the effects and stuffs, and the UI, which doesn't tell much at all.

In the data editor under the abilities tab there's an ability for the structure where the research is available.

The ability you would want to edit the cost of stimpack or concussive shells would be "Tech Lab Research(Barracks)"

The ability got two fields. Ability - info and Stats - flags.

Double clicking on "Ability - info" will bring up a list of upgrades available from this structure.

Double click the one you want and edit the "Info - Technology Resources Cost". You can also change the research time and other things like that.
