world editor ability editing

i want to make costom moves for heros in a game and i want to know how.
if i need a different editor to do so please tell me where to get it so i can make moves look completely different and do diferent things.

I'm guessing by 'moves', you mean 'animations'.

Sorry, to give units new animations is a very complex process which requires extensive knowledge of 3D studio max.

And if that wasn't bad enough, no one has to date figured out how to introduce new animations into the game. There is currently a petition being put to blizzard to provide this functionality in the expansion pack editor, but I'm not sure if blizz listen to petitions or not (their normal stance is that they ignore petitions).
