wrong forum but i can't find the right one :(

hey guys, this is a question about thehelper. i know it doesn't go into this forum but i looked at the tech support but i didn't think this fit into any category sry . but i have seen people post little pictures without adding it into the attachments and i was wondering how they did it. there is an image button but i can't figure out how to work with it any ideas.
