No, you can find Order under the conditions list.

oh k i always thought that order is event response even though i never realy checked it though

so i guess it's also possible to detect like that if unit is moving right?
(e.g: Current order of Unit is Equal to Order("move"))

Yes, you can use orders like that. The problem is knowing what the script is for certain orders. I used a lot of attacking comparisons in my map.

exactly.

this is actually very useful.

I am making a map like the NES classic Populous,
where the peasants will build a building then move to a different location and build another, and the idle condition lets me know when my peasant can start the next building.

You can also take a peasant and put him in "defense mode" where it will run around certain regions and autobuild towers for you,
