from the choppyness of the animations, it looks like your useing fade filters. is this going to be a multiplayer or singleplayer map, cuz theres a filesize limit for multiplayer

Filters are small we are in the 2mbs right now.

ok i love the screenies and the vids, but i would like to know 1 thing.. How did u guys make the camera like that?? I dont get it. the camera even moves up and down when u move. And if u tell id would like permission to use it in my map. (if its simple enough XD)

alpha testing was supposed to be last week but i was busy for about 2 weeks and didnt have much time to finish up the alpha so it was delayed. And now there are major framerate issues with the second city so I can't really say when it will be ready. My cities may have been way too big as you can easily get lost in them right now kind of big, so it might have to be toned down alot, but I cant really come up with a solution to this problem.

As a good side note, the town will be 99% fully destructible, only thing that wont is the small buildings and platforms you can interact with.

here is another video of the progression, not a whole lot done as i keep getting lazy but its getting there. the town is goign to be what it is, but its not finished. first i will finish both sides of the town, which will be similar in appearance minus a few major areas, but other that. 99% destruction is now working as promised but I am in need of an experienced modeler or modelers who may be interested to help, it would require no making up new kinds of models, but quite a bit of editing and skinning.

This seems awesome. I'm guessing the sniper system is xxxtrickyxxx's.
Maybe you already covered this topic, but 1 phail part with FPS's on WCIII with different guns is the model that others see you as. Even if you see yourself holding a freaking large bazooka, will opponents see you as a Dwarf Rifleman?

actualy, i have a question about movement

is it wasd or arrowkeys?

if its arrow keys how did you get rid of the lagg time for the presseing and releaseing of he keys

That's the 3rd time I've seen some unneccesary negative statements in 3 minutes from you.

1st of all, this is WCIII, a game that was not even made for this. It's a notable fact that they even made a working FPS on this system. It's a map, not a game, so that's already amazing.

Stop thinking you're a God. Don't talk about something you haven't proven. Until you can prove it, stop flaming. This is the best FPS I've ever seen on WC; yes, on Warcraft. We know there are better stuff out there, but that's not the point. Let's just stop on this off-topic-ness.

And no you couldn't make a map half as good as this even if you put all your soul into it.

This is no ugly map, so quit comparing WC3 to some damn PS3 graphics because this is as good as it gets.
