I've recently received a +0 rep from somebody, which got me thinking, if there was somebody with -25 rep and they +rep you, would you get +0 or-25?
If the above is+0 then surely it means everybody with below 0 rep, is incapable of +rep until it is positive?
If the above is+0 then surely it means everybody with below 0 rep, is incapable of +rep until it is positive?
