2 ability ?

Hi everyone, I know my question will look retard for most people here, but I did some research about how to put magical resistance (not immunity) with avatar (in this forum), so I see that It was better with metamorphosis and ruined bracer, but here's my question :

How can I put two abilities in one (Metamorphosis and Spell damage reduction in this case), which can be leveled up as any ability ?

And BTW, is there a way to change the base 25% hero damage reduction ?

You mean merge abilities? You can't do that. They have to be separate. Unless you were to trigger them with a dummy ability, I suppose.

Not that I know of. I think that automatically comes with heroes.

Advanced - Gameplay Constants

This will modify how you want hero spell damage reduction, but it won't change the "tooltip". To find and modify the tooltip, go into the Game Interface.

That would require a trigger. No, you can't merge abilities.

Note that for best results, Runed Bracer's ability should be passive, if possible, and you add it in a spellbook and disable the spellbook afterwards.

So the icon doesn't show.

Unfortunately, triggers are needed.

Does it have an icon? I thought passive item abilities didn't even have icons.

It's at the top, near "File", it should be the 5th or 6th.

If it doesn't show, are you sure you do have the Frozen Throne installed and working?

As you can see it's not there, and I have frozen throne installed with 1.21 patch. (Would that be with another war3 map editor ?)

EDIT : Another point, how can know in the Wc3WE if an ability is passive or not ?

Base it off a passive ability. If you mean that you can't find a passive ability, look for a "passive" icon. A "passive" icon is an icon with no border.

The name is "Combat - Damage Bonus Table - Spells"

By 6th I meant where the "Advanced" tab was, not the actual field :)

In truth, the Advanced tab is the 7th one, but you found it so it doesn't matter.

How thx Daxtrem, but another thing I wanna know :

The base spell dmg reduction on hero is 25%, but in editor its 70% (of damage taken, so 30%) and divine is 5 %, does that mean that divine is added to hero armor, and if yes, in which case does divine armor type is used (on which unit)?

Divine is a completely different armor type than Hero. It's like Heavy or Fortified. So, I'm not sure what you're asking....

Seems like it is 30% now. It was 0.75 before :p

Divine is an armor type, exactly like the others. Difference? Increased reduction, that's all.

Units "equipped" with divine armor take only 5% of the damage dealt to them, including spells.
