what does the hybrid and threaded display mode (on the top of the first posts on threads) actually display / do?

suggestions:

>>> can you please have more split forums on the graphics zone?

some things like:

showroom - for displays, sigs, and other stuff made by users.
*i understand that there's already a helper gallery but this one would be for the periodic works.
graphics help - where some of the questions will be posted.
contest - for the contests like sig contests and others.

i'm having trouble in searching for the profiles of my buddies.

Threaded only displays the first post and the list of replies on the top.
Hybrid displays all posts on the current page and adds a list on the top.

Unless there is an actual need then no. However I'm not really visiting that place often so I can't judge that.

Nope, this would require changing the forum software which is neither easy nor a good idea. Maybe the new version has this feature, but not sure when will we update.

Hybrid mode is pretty cool.

-- IMO, that is a cool idea. The but I think they could have better names.

Really, there aren't many sig contests around but that would be cool so that we don't always get mixed up. Also, the graphics help might be kind of empty but once people see it, they might post quite a bit in there.

Cool ideas.

It used to be the graphics help zone, but isn't just help so it's name because more general.

Digital showroom? All the art there isn't digital and the name now is more easily recongnized.

There aren't enough contests or battles for this forum to be active enough.
