Playing around with projectiles and angles and all that I seem to find that the lower the missile arc (for a missile or spell) the further the projectile will go.
When you throw something in real-life, the angle that will make the object cover the furthest distance is 45 degrees. On this game it seems to be the lower the arc the further the missile goes..? Is this correct?
