Two Questions:
What does Mind Rot under Neutral Hostile - Units do? Just wondering so I don't have to test it

What is a good base for a slowing ability without Auto-cast, not Cripple, Drunken Brawler, or Acid Bomb?

Question 2 I say use cripple and make sure 2 make damage reducing 2 nothing

NOPE. That one has an Auto-cast, it just doesn't show and has no Auto-cast icon. Also, the tooltips are bugged (they don't show no matter if or if not you put a tooltip information), and whatnot. I tried it already

And I said, NOT Cripple, because I'm already using it for another spell.

Or wait... I just saw that Shadow Strike can reduce both movement and attack. Just make sure all damage is set to 0 and decay power to 999999 (that's actually duration between two periodic damages).

I just tested that and it didn't work T-T

Sure the spell did that fade out when close to 0 duration thing, but it never stopped - the buff stayed on forever. And from what I see, Shadow Strike rebuffs the target every now and then (I'm using the slow buff effect on my custom buff and the sound keeps playing) - and I don't think that Shadow Strike even takes account of my duration.

Using zero duration usually makes it last forever, so use .01 instead.

Duration is set on 10. But in about 7 seconds the icon fades away like it's supposed to, but the buff never goes away - I never said anything about 0 duration Read it over

Ahh, okay, so I put Decay Power to 10, so the floaty thing never shows and the buff is removed when it's supposed to be. All fixed

Actually decay power determines how fast the unit regains normal speed. Setting it to 0 would make it last till the buff fades.
