You take an ability and make it so that it doesnt inflict any buffs or any effect at all by changing the stats.

Then you make a trigger.

Randomize an integer between 1 and 100, and then have an IF and if its 30 or less you give target unit of ability cast sleep buff.

yea base off soul burn and make it do no damage and create a dummy unit and order it to soul burn the unit

How can i create ability which have 30 % chance to silence atacked enemy?

        Unit - Add a 2.00 second Generic expiration timer to (Triggering unit)
        Unit - Order (Last created unit) to Neutral Dark Ranger - Silence Temp_point
        Custom script:   call RemoveLocation(udg_Temp_point)

or you can make a stormbolt ability and change out buff to silence (and take away dmg)

or you can check if attacking unit has the ability learnt using integer Attacking unit has ability level equal to 1

This trigger is bad when you add 2 second timer add it to last created unit , not triggering unit becose attacked unit dies , not dummy :) Also dummy wont silence your point ,dont know why.
