Ability Ideer, but need some Help!

Ideer for ability (1)

Pistol Shoot/Bow Shot

[Level 1] - 50 damage + 1x agility of Hero

[Level 2] - 100 damage + 1x agility of Hero

[Level 3] - 150 damage + 1x agility of Hero

[Level 4] - 200 damage + 1x agility of Hero

Range: (750/1000/1250/1500) Units
Cooldown: (10/7.5/7.5/5) Seconds

Ideer for ability (2)

Piracy/Marksman

[Level 1] - 20% + agility

[Level 2] - 25% + Agility

[Level 3] - 30% + Agility


Giving 15/20/25% agility as a Bonus

How! omg :-( by biggest problem is to add the Agility Bonus!
And if anyone can help i need a discription from the buttom

For the agility bonus you want to create the action: Unit - Damage Target

Trigger:
  • Unit - Cause (Casting unit) to damage (Target unit of ability being cast), dealing (1.00 x (Real((Agility of (Casting unit) (Include bonuses))))) damage of attack type Spells and damage type Normal


For the % value I would go with:

Trigger:
  • Unit - Cause (Casting unit) to damage (Target unit of ability being cast), dealing ((Real((Agility of (Casting unit) (Include bonuses)))) / (100.00 x (20.00 + (Real((Agility of (Casting unit) (Include bonuses))))))) damage of attack type Spells and damage type Normal


Yet, I am not sure if the second one is really doing 20% + agility.

Is Real A Variable?
How do i find 1.00 x
