Animation for spells

How can I make it so that a unit plays their animation

uninterupted because, I want it so when they cast the spell that the unit plays

their spin animation but they always seems to auto target units and using his

attack animation by default.

Trigger:
  • animation - play (picked unit)'s spin animation

Yeah tried that but like he'll get like 1/4th through the animation and then start

attacking enemies again.

How would that help? As soon as I unpause him to do the animation he'll do

the same thing. Is there a way to like disable his attacks?

Maybe during the process, create a dummy unit to cast silence which disables attack?

Yeah that occured to me just thought there'd be an easier wat via triggers.

Wait you can do animation while a unit is paused?.

oh didn't know you wanted him to have it as default...


ya do what skyblade333 said, I can think of a few other ways but that one is probably best.
