Barrage spell do not work?

Why do Barrage spell do not work on a air unit?
I tested same spell to a land unit and then it worked.

So how should I make Barrage spell work on a air unit?

You mean this? Then yes.
Stats - Targets Allowed Ground,Enemy,Air

I assume you mean that the targets being attacked are Air, and not that the attacking unit is Air. Correct me if I am wrong.

If as you said the above field is set so that air can be targeted and ground. However ground is still hit, perhaps your Air units are not targeted as Air units?

I took a new air unit then it worked. so probably was that unit not targeted like air.
