Bit of help? [Unit Creation]

If I need to create a unit, I understand that I need to create the unit and the "model" for it seperately, but how do I combine the two?

And god this thing is way more advanced then the Wc3 editor D: Don't know wth i'm doing.

You need to right-click the original unit and press "Duplicate Object". A window will pop up with folders and small boxes to the left side of them all. Click on all the small boxes next to the folders until you've ticked all the folders. Press OK then it will duplicate all of the models, spells, abilities, etc. Don't worry, you'll get used to it. Once you understand how everything works, the data editor can be extremely powerful.

Edit: Looks like someone beat me to it! I was writing something else at the time. It isn't complete, not nearly as detailed as mine was, but that should help you with the basics.
