Bug or My mistake? :)

Well i found it easiest to explain in pictures.

So is it a bug, or?
What can i do to change it?/What am i doing wrong?

sure that you enter the chance in 7.5 and not 0.075 or something like that ?
Else it should be 750% chance : /

And apart from that, are you sure that AOcr is the right spell?
I think you would need to scroll to your spell, press strg + d and instead of the
<AOcr,DataA1> % you enter the first four letters that appear in the position of the name ( I'll call It O002, it will not be the same in your case most probably )
it must look like that:
<O002,DataA1,%> %

( with the right ID ofc )

Look at the part i have bolded, what does the AO mean? i know the Cr is because the spell is based of Critical Strike, but what is the AO? (+Rep if you answer me )

Edit: Also what should i change the letters to, to make the id fit my spell, because i have noticed: in other spells the two letters (AOcr) is not the first letters in the spells name (Ex. AOhx = Hex - The troll hero spell)

EDIT:
It is 7.50, you were right
and forget the thing with the ,%>, it only is important when the percentage is added in 1/100 ( like in Endurance Aura ) and will multiply the value with 100.

You should try to view the raw codes, and rewrite the tooltip, checking the raw values. If that doesn't work, flame blizzard
