Building Upgrade - Will triggers still refer to the same building if it upgrades?

I have a trigger set in place for a town hall, if it upgrades to a keep or castle will the trigger still refer to it or is it considered a different unit?

Edit: Tested and Yes, It still counts it as the same unit.

I'm pretty sure that it will still be treated as the same unit. But all you have to do is test it and you can know for sure.
