Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2

So I finally got the game..
and the first thing is a big message containing 'YOU MAY BE OFFENDED IF YOU PLAY THIS GAME. CONTINUE?' that blew up in my face.
'Yes'
'YOU MIGHT BE OFFENDED IF YOU PLAY THIS GAME, WILL YOU BE INSULTED?'
'No, I will not be insulted.'
... = =;?
 
Haha... They're talking about multiplayer.

Ohhh, that too. I didn't really worry about that. What people say on Multiplayer is 500x worse than that.
 
tried the multiplayer at a internet cafe today...

tbh to me it was fun/horrid. Makes me feel playing battlefield or something.

the guns and stuff is fun, interesting add ons. But if you wanted to go further into the game it would be horrid.
 
i gre dis-interested with this game because i got too good at it...


not even kidding, once you get a 32 Kill streak, and can pretty much run the game by yourself, it takes away a lot of the fun, i prestiged and it was fun at first, now it's like, man... this just doesn't interest me.

maybe i played it too much at first.
 
I grew disinterested too... when you play 6 games and 3 of them end in Nukes you know something's off...
Only thing I liked was the campaign.
Too many cheap things in this game, people play for like hours a day. Horrible maps. I liked the first Modern Warfare, lol.

I think CoD 4 was better. Modern Warfare 2 has worse maps and it's much more built around camping than CoD 4 was. Now, I don't have a problem with camping, it just gets mad boring when all I want to do is run around.
 
what i think is CoD2 and 1 have the best maps. end of story. They are well developed for online play, which allows less running around trying to get to a single place and more time to shoot each other, so each game will come down to skills rather than strats.

oh and for MW2 love those stupid gunners, just makes the game so much interesting to die in.
 
Camping is the gay. It's so easy, so it's not really skill. Heartbeat is da bomb for camping.

Camping indeed takes skill, and it is a completely legit tactic. Just because you got killed by someone camping, doesn't mean it's "gay". Learn to play, buddy. ;)
 
here is my exact set up...

Scar-H w/ Silencer and heartbeat sensor
USP. 45 w/ Silencer and FMJ
Bling
Cold-blooded
Ninja
Semtex
Flash-bangs


It's all about the stealth, and when you find somone with the Heartbeat sensor, and they're camping around a corner, you pull out the usp with FMJ and start putting rounds into the wall, I've killed quite a few campers this way.

Or just toss a Flash into the building.
 
Sometimes there's nothing quite like running upto someone and blasting them in the face with a shotgun. That was the way I took care of campers in CoD4. I paticularly like the AA-12, though they nerfed it heavily from the real thing; it shouldn't have the level of recoil it has in the game. Consequently I prefer the SPAS-12 or whatever it's called (I haven't been able to play since November).

It's sooper easy.
So now I don't camp, because it's not fair for others, heh.

    Or even third party. Like if you don't have an original one in a functional condition, you cannot play this game properly. Like yeah the keyboard mods exist, but I think those are BARELY functional

    And since almost all of my programming experience is with defunct shit now, I figure my best place is helping preserve legacy stuff. Which I don't know how to do necessarily, but I need some kind of a hobby and figuring out how older things worked is the only shit that really interests me. Well soldering and restoration is fun too, but no one is bringing me new stuff to fix and restore, so it's mostly old shit, and I LOVE OG Xbox so much. I want to make sure it can function as long as possible, until someone can effectively emulate it at least. I have like 15 I was going to fix over the winter and didn't get to.

    Yeah Tom, me too sorry for your loss buddy my mom told me she finds out her olds friend died from Google searching them. She had not talked to one of her old friends in a year and found out she died from Google. Also another one in the same session. RIP all of them my sincere condolences Tom

    We have some elderly guests that regularly come hang out at the bar at the end of the night, and every once in a while we don't see someone for a few weeks and then someone shows up with their obituary.

    We usually let them do their memorials there in the morning if they want to and I'll make them some snacks and drinks. There was one guy named Tom that came in like every night and would sit by himself and get a bunch of soup and a glass of wine. idk why but he LOVED our fucking soup, like he would order a fucking quart of it at a time and would always get so sad when we stop doing it for the summer.

    But he also loved our calamari, which is another thing I hate but it sells super well so I can't change it. There was one day he came in and was asking me how to make it, because he tried to at home once in the off season when we stop running it and he really wanted it lol

    He was just such a sweet old man, we had two servers pregnant and they held a baby shower together, he was soooooo fucking excited to get to see a baby. Unfortunately he died a month or so before they were born

    So I decided to Google some people that I had not seen or heard from in a while and sure enough one of my old best friends, we had a falling out years ago but whatever, find out he died of Pancreatic Cancer in January. I have also lost a few of my closer acquaintances from growing up the last year. Getting old - people die - I kinda thought it was going to be this way a few years ago....
