Catching System

Hello I am trying to make a catching system. Basically i want it to work like this:

Player 1 - 12 is regular players
Neutral Creeps are wild creatures
There is 3 regions where the animals are stored
They need a item to cast the capture
The capture sucess rate is based on hp % on creature.
When captured the creature goes to one of the regions
If its their first one it goes to the 1rst region
If 2nd captured goes to 2nd region ect.

How would i do this in gui?

just use an event a unit finishes casting an ability, make that ability the one on the item and then move the unit to the region in the actions, base the ability off the dark ranger ultimate, mind control, easy peasy...
