Comp heroes using spells

So yea i would like to know if you can make it so that the opposing heroes controlled by computer would cast spells on own without being told to each time they casted it?(such as when the melee AI uses hero with hero spells)
Just the default heroes without anything except the default heroes. If you dont understand wat i am asking ill rephrase it. this is because i am making a map where if you dont have opponents they will have comp players instead, it counts them as comp even if left blank i just need to know if you can do this.

If they're the default heroes, why wouldn't they cast spells on their own already; unless you removed the Run Melee AI scripts trigger.

but i dont wanna have to do that for every ability and every computer controlled hero
