Custom Title Trouble

I am having some problems with my title. It has gone from:

This:
"If nobody's perfect, why practise?" QFT

To this:
"If nobody's perfect, why practise?" QFT

To This:
"If nobody's perfect, why practise?" QFT

I realize that " and & are used in html to show different symbols, but why are " and & turned into " and &?

It looks perfectly fine to me.. Either it was fixed by sombody, or its something with your browser.

No, it's just that I have to keep on changing it back, that's probably why it looked fine for you.

I've noticed this, somehow the forum gets confused and doesn't decode the html characters when it displays the title in the 'User Preferences'. Then it gets even more confused because it tries to encode the '&' in '&quot'. Gah. No quotes solves the problem of course
