Decimal Armor

Hello, does anyone know how i would go about geting a decimal into the bonus armor ammount?

Edit: also into the attack bonus?

that is in an item for both. I have seen it done before but i am not shure how they did it

Why would you need a decimal armor value and attack value? Squirrels and raccons do a LITTLE more damage than that, and I'm pretty sure nanobot swarms would be inneffetive, but hey ...
