Upon making abilities, I do the followings :
1.) Create a dummy at a point
2.) Hide the dummy
3.) Unhide it when something triggers

Nah, the problem now is the dummy seems to lost its locust ability. We can click it, see its hp when pressing alt, etc etc. Any one knows why this occurs? and how to fix this one? thanks.

I have heard 'Locust' can be removed by hiding-unhiding the unit.

Simply add the ability 'Locust' to it again.

I can't found the locust ability to add, this is what's frustating me :( seems like i must create a new dummy at the point... so it's like that, not my warcraft. thanks.

Just use a little bit of mysterious JASS:

"call UnitAddAbility(whichUnit, 'Aloc')"

Replace the "whichUnit" part with your unit, for example, "GetTriggerUnit()" for Triggering Unit.

Convert your GUI trigger into JASS to look up the equivalents for JASS "names" (The converting-part can be undone).

(There is a 'Custom Script' action to use JASS)

Aloc is the raw code for Locust ability.
Can be seen in Object Editor with Ctrl+D to see the ability's raw code :p

EDIT: nvm Locust ability is not viewable in Object Editor
