Your map doesn't want to load... (the war3 menu like start going away and then come back; tryed another random map that worked (so it's sure your map have something)). I've tryed re-downloading without success.

buggy :/...

But I do like the concept (after reading ur 1st post).

And btw; I was able to load ur map in war3 editor (didn't save/corrupt ur map; it is still loadable in war3e)...

Maybe re-upload ?

Lol yep couldn't save... "Trigger 'Energy Empower' has been disabled due to errors".

Does that mean I need NewGen to LOAD a map in warcraft 3 ?!?

Try to load the map from inside WC3 itself, not from the WE.

EDIT: I don't know the problem then sorry.
I can't check into it myself;
I'm working on my exam .

I did launch the map from WC3 itself.... like 5 times.

EDIT: I did redownload map... same problem... war3 menu goes off & come back in my screen.

yeah it's probably because you have 1.23b

my map uses old TimerUtils (with the return bug)

when Blizzard releases 1.23b, I'll surely update the map
