Flying buildings

Hello i need someone to help me once again :>
this time i need a building flying should i trigger this? or well help!

I tried this. Didnt make it work. The only way is to turn the building into a unit ( Stats - Is a building - False ) Then set the height to whatever you want. Also change the movement type to None

Art - Elevation - Sample points: 0
Movement - Height: <whatever>
Movement - Type: Hover

Note though that most (some?) buildings have a base that's usually hidden in the ground, to accomodate for uneven terrain.
When "flying", that base is showing...

Doesnt work for me or maybe i do it wrong :s

just to tell also im trying to make dalaran on a flowing rock both got 0 collizion so it isnt that that prevent it if it can.
my model is the acrane observatory
